I’ve been lucky enough to work at Wootton Park in Wootton Wawen a few times now and not only is it a fantastic venue in a stunning setting, but every time I visit I am amazed at the new additions on offer for couples getting married there. If you want to whisk your bride off for a surprise helicopter ride post-ceremony you can, if you fancy doing a dove release just after you’ve signed the register, it’s an option, have a drone film your celebration from the sky, they’re on it. A chauffeur driven Rolls Royce, lawn games, relaxed afternoon tea, three legged races, bouncy castles, awesome barbecues and mouthwatering hog roasts are all regular occurrences at what is fast becoming one of the most popular wedding venues in Warwickshire and it’s not hard to see why…

..But Wootton Park is more than just an extraordinary venue with tons on offer for the bride and groom-to-be, what really makes it stand out for me is the personal service of the family that runs it. Having been worked as a farm for generations before now, Mark & Jo and Melanie & IanRoy have really transformed it over the last few years into a truly bespoke wedding venue. Although the weddings are now numerous, they work together tirelessly (with smiles on their faces!) to make each one special and individual for every bride and groom that comes through their doors. This is not always the case with popular wedding venues I’m afraid to say, and it really makes this place stand apart. (I honestly don’t think IanRoy is ever happier than when he’s chauffeuring brides in that vintage Rolls Royce!)

So if you fancy something a little bit different and a wedding day that you can really put your own stamp on, definitely give Wootton Park a look. It’s all kinds of wonderful.
